根据ACCA（特许公认会计师公会）发布的信息，自2016年7月份开始ACCA考试将完全取消ACCA考试科目F1-F3以及F4（ENG和GLO）的笔试形式，正是全面实行随时机考模式。而ACCA考试科目F5-F9将于9月份ACCA考试季度开始正式实施机考化，同时保留笔试形式，即ACCA学员可以在机考和笔试中任意选择考试形式来参加ACCA F5-F9的考试。（注：2016年9月份ACCA F5-F9的考试暂时仅在成都、上海、北京三个地区开放机考，其他地区将在后续的考试季度陆续开放。）
