Sound knowledge of DuPont’s SAP and GCAP Processes for managing the recording, allocation and reporting of S&L Cost Information.

Good working knowledge of DuPont Accounting Policies & Practices and US GAAP.

Must have a systematic and disciplined approach to work and be able to enforce compliance with reporting timetables.

Must be able to communicate and work effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds and help them to resolve problems and issues in a timely manner.

Very good understanding of SOX and Internal Control requirement on Sourcing & Logistics or BRRP (Buy-Release-Receiving-Pay) processes

Proactive mentality of Client Focus and Teamwork.

Networking skills, especially good understanding of client and S&L business needs.

Planning and controlling skills, especially the ability to coordinate the effective regional activity and quantitative approach.
