Position: Internal Control and Business Analysis Supervisor

Report to: Financial Controller



Responsibility:

1. Lead Sarbanes-Oxley to compliance according to corporate request and external audit.

2. Set up effective internal control process to ensure business growth healthily.

3. Review and improve existing process thorough out company.

4. Communicate external or internal auditors, follow up control deficiency and finding and take actions to close on time.

5. Train other finance staff and operation department to enhance the control environment.

6. Prepare and delivery financial analysis package.

7. Advice the proposal management team to improve financial performance.

8. Dig out the root cause of variance among actual, forecasting and budget.

9. Provide kinds of flexible report to decision maker.

10. Other project assigned.



Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.

- More than 5 years experience in internal control and business analysis, especially in manufacturing.

- Strong sense in logic and business development

- Good skills in MS-Office software, especially in Excel and Powerpoint.

- Be good at English both speaking and written.

- Skills to handle working pressure.

- Have knowledge of US GAAP and PRC GAAP.
